LIVE

I watched him lick every individual leaf and then attempt to eat it a couple of times before realizing it isn’t food, and then go back to licking every individual leaf

he slept under there last night but I assure you he has not woken up yet and is not watching to see if I bring out the good salad

My man has decided that he’s sleeping up here tonight I guess

He usually puts himself to bed (goes into one of his hides) around 6:30-7:00 but it’s 8:30 and he’s still out and falling asleep up here, looking annoyed when I make any kind of noise that disturbs his slumber. He’s been sleeping in different spots lately but this is the most out in the open he’s ever decides to snooze. Guess he feels secure

The Egyptian Spiny Tailed Lizard (Uromastyx aegyptia) lives in the deserts of North Africa and the Middle East. Although it can withstand the extreme daytime temperatures, it will also find refuge in cooler subterranean burrows.
