Veranka’s All In One Bathroom Edits
I use Veranka’s Sims 3 conversions on all of my community lots. They’re so nice and I love them except other visiting sims didn’t use them. So I removed the test/guardian bhav that was preventing their use. Recolors not included.

SP17 (Nifty Knitting) Separated Plants
I separated the plants from the Nifty Knitting SP. Almost all of them are originally only craftable and most of them are hanging from the ceiling or on the wall, so I made them separated and placeable on any surface. I also edited the textures and added a few.

SP17 (Nifty Knitting) Build Add-ons
Update: Fixed cutouts (for Star Wars Pack and later)
I really like the door from the newest Stuff Pack so I dediced to make “a few” addons. I ended up with 12 new meshes. They comes in all original colors. On the second picture the first door on the left (the one with the plants) is the original door (it’s not included, for this door you will need the Nifty Kitting SP). My addons are base game compatible.

Madame Crumplebottom’s Embroidery Paintings Separated
I separated the beautiful set of paintings from The Sims 4 Nifty Knitting and added some missing recolors of the wood. You can find them in decorations - paintings and they cost 30 Simoleons each. Enjoy

IKEA Inspired NORDVIKEN
Hi everyone. After a long break I created another set for The Sims 4. There are 9 new meshes in 15 colors. Be sure to have Dine Out if you want to use the bar table, everything else is base game compatible. Everything is made from scratch by me. Enjoy and please let me know what do you thing about the set, I would like to do more new downloads in the future.

I converted Pixicat’s Eye Flats and paired them with some recolors of this cute 3t2 outfit that Veranka converted. It comes in the two colors shown.
