The flashfam are the type of family who try to actively embarrass each other in public, but it ultimately fails every time and has no effect. Once Barry just suddenly laid down on an escalator when he was out shopping with Wally, but Wally just shrugged and joined him. Iris tries to embarrass Wallace by dancing to the music in stores, but he always starts dancing with her. Once Bart tried to embarrass Max by yelling how much he loves him when they were going their separate ways, but Max just laughed and yelled back “love you too, kiddo!” 

They just can’t embarrass each other

Literally begging comic artists to learn how to draw normal expressions on Wallace.

I can’t count the number of times he’s been given weird faces since his introduction. (Also the weirdly adult looking head on a child’s body).
