Last year’s@historical-hetalia-week entry was Ysa in rayadillo uniform, so Pitoy gets his turn this year in the same. He gets the Kawit unit’s red pants because I call his ahoge Corregidor, which is part of Cavite (where Kawit also is).

Rhona might not serve in the army anymore but I do enjoy drawing her in parts of her old combat gear anyway hah
