My good friend @DandyWellington has a very special event next Wed July 18 #FourEyes: An Event to Benefit Helen Keller International at the @NorwoodClub ! He’s teamed up with celebrity chef and co-host of ABC’s The Chew @CarlaPHall and @HelenKellerInt to debut the official music video for his original song “Four Eyes”, a love letter to ladies-in-lenses, and a celebration of quirks; a reminder to appreciate all the things that make us unique.

Remembering my time visiting Japan This portait is of Akira Fujimori was taken in his restaurant #Imaasa in the chic Ginza district of Tokyo. Imaasa is an exquisite sukiyaki restaurant in his family for generations. A version of this portrait appeared in my book #WeAreDandy published by @gestalten Mr. Fujimori wears a vintage kimono ensemble (the outermost haori jacket was his grandfather’s!) which I’m told is the most formal style, the equivalent to white tie and tails. He put the #boater hat on and I couldn’t believe my eyes! Thank you Fujimori-san and to all others on the shoot: @masato.1958 (creator of @japanese_dandy) @nattyadams @kellfire and @gentstagram.tokyo

Then we had a talk with Mr. Zyla, saw a short trailer for the video work @kellfire shot during the making of, then got to enjoy a set by @dandywellington! (at The National Arts Club)
