I hope American Girl is smart enough to actually do eye swaps on defective dolls like this, rather than sending the customer a whole entire replacement doll. Between that issue and so many dolls with broken-off legs, they’re looking at the real possibility of losing a lot of money on their 14 inch dolls.
Oh, yikes. Between the leg issue and now the eye issue, I imagine AG is losing a lot of money from constantly giving away replacement dolls. I imagine that within a few years the 14 inch dolls will be discontinued altogether.
