And so begins my photos of Wellington - aka THE HOBBIT PREMIERE!!!
Not the prettiest of shots, but considering I was driving by the sign at the time, it’s not that bad.
You might recall the big ta-do last year, when it was thought the vote for the sign’s name would go to “Wellywood”. Apparently it was not to be…
The hard part about this shot is that the sign sits on a hill just above a roundabout, so if you want a photo up close, be prepared to snap it as fast as you can on your way around. ;)
