Joe and Newman - mystery artist

I was doing a reference search on Google and a link to a pic on Pinterest came up for the artwork below. People on Pinterest collect pics but they almost never give the attribution so there was no info about the artist. I did a Google image search as well, but no luck. So I don’t know who the artist is but it’s a great pic and I figured others would enjoy it. If you know who the artist is, or if the artist sees this post and wants it taken down, please let me know.
