A photo from work and my road trip. I stopped the car to make sure no other cars were coming from the opposite direction and snapped this beautiful view. Sheep’s Head Peninsula is a finger of land protruding into the Atlantic Ocean in West Cork. Part of the Wild Atlantic Way and sandwiched between the larger Mizen Peninsula to the south and the Beara Peninsul to the north. The peaceful remoteness is calming and the views are spectacular. This is a walkers paradise, some of the trails are challenging so hiking boots or trainers needed for sure. Thank you for your visit I hope you enjoy.
