Official Witch Scout Uniform

To better unify our scouts, we have created an official clothing guide for all Witch Scouts. In order to serve our ever growing collective, we do not have specific brands for each article. Instead we encourage our scouts to complete their uniform in a way that meets their households needs. Finally, safety is our first goal and should always be put first when picking uniform items.

Head wear

All scouts will be given a witch’s hat at their troupe registration. It should be worn at day and night to avoid sunburns and moon burns.

NOTE: Coven Leaders, all hats have been previously enchanted. Students who arrive to troupe meetings without their hat should be immediately turned away. We aren’t really sure what they are yet, but we do know that they aren’t scouts.

Scouts with hair longer than shoulder length should have their hair tied back, on order to avoid the Great Potion Disaster of ‘46.

Torso

All scouts will wear long sleeve button downs in the color “gray.” You will be given a maroon scout sash at registration. Sashes should be worn over the right shoulder, under the left arm.

Legs

Scouts will wear either solid maroon or plaid maroon pants (their choice). We do hear complaints about pants in the hotter months. Those complaints disapear after students hike Thorn Mountain during the August scout retreat.

Socks should be black and crew length or longer. While we have long ago disproved the myth that, “if you can see their ankles they are a witch,” we fully support the fact that, “Potions splashed on ankles can cause terrible side effects.”

Shoes

Sturdy, closed-toed, and black. That’s all we have to say.

Sorry Dolls Kill,

As supreme coven mother of the Witch Scouts ™️ I’m going to have to tell you that this is not a scout approved uniform.

We prefer our scouts to wear sturdier clothes, better suited for adventuring than freezing.

Also, we do give out demerits to those who falsify which badges they have earned.

Thanks,

Scout Mother Oria
