The Werkbundsiedlung Breslau, built for the WuWa (Wohnungs- und Werkraumausstellung) 1929, is located in Dabie/Grüneiche, northeast of the Hala Stuleca. H28 was designed by Emil Lange, who worked with Hans Poelzig in several occasions, as a single family detached house.
