Ganyu should’ve been expected this, the bard was quite the attention seeker. The embarrassment bruised her entire body as he sung those rhymes.
“O, dear Maiden of ice!” The bard hummed, playing his strings gently, “For me to wed you, wouldn’t that be nice?”
Ganyu gestured, “V-Venti! Please stop drawing attention..!”
Thus, it was too late. The bard had formed a crow behind them, who followed. Some were fascinated, others were surprised, was a Adeptus in love with the bard?

Venti curled his lips upwards into a smug grin. There was no way he’d spare her the embarrassment, not now. Or ever. This was a game to him, he enjoyed seeing her lovely complexion faze into a cherry red one.

She could hear the crowd chuckling and whistling from behind, she knew the people of Mondstadt were quite respectful but, they were less respectful with Adepti than the people of Liyue. As if her embarrassment could get any worse.

“What’s the matter, Yu-Yu?” Venti questioned, cocking his head to the side.
“I only came here on behalf of, Lady Ningguang’s letter to the Acting Grand Master,” she sighed, “Not for you to embarrass me.”
“Ah, what a shame. And here I thought you came here to see me.” The bard sighed, “What a bummer.”
Ganyu gestured angrily, like a mother. She wagged her finger at the boy with the other hand on her hip.
“You know better!” Her voice was still sweet, it deepened only ever so slightly, “Don’t tamper with my anger, young man!”
“Young man? Aw, come on! You’re only older than me by a few years!” Venti whined, “Oh no.. you’re scolding me like a mother again, are you upset?”
Ganyu didn’t reply. She only crossed her arms and let out a simple,‘hmph!’ in response to the bard’s insolent behavior. Why would he ask her that? Of course she’s upset… right?
Venti played the strings of his lyre once more, “Will her heavenliness forgive the Bard for his actions, rather then leave him here to rot?”
Ganyu puffed up her cheeks. Venti played the lyre’s strings on a sad, low note.
“Guess not..”
She couldn’t help but give a hopeless smile. She reached for her pocket to grab a pouch of a decent amount of mora, handing it to the bard.
“I’m only giving you this because, your voice is nice! Not because I liked the song, it was quite indecent, can’t believe you sexualized my body in a song,” Ganyu shook her head, “Foolish bard, you’re so hopeless.”
Venti’s eyes lit up as he quickly grabbed the pouch, “And yet, you go against your dear Morax, to be with me! Both you and Xiao.”
“D-don’t use that against us!”
“What can I say,” Venti winked, “I’m a pussy magnet! Or perhaps a Morax devotee one..”
“V-Venti! Language!” The Qilin shook her head as she pulled the bard closer in for a soft kiss on his cheek.
Venti blushed, the tips of his braids lit up brightly as he turned away, fanning his face.
“K-kinda hot in here! R-right, Yu-Yu? Care to lower the temperature?”
“Either that it’s hot in here,” she leaned over to the bard’s ear for a whisper, “Or thats just you.”
“G-Ganyu!”
The Adeptus smile sweetly and waved goodbye, leaving the bard alone. That should teach him a lesson or two, right?
