So, I was quarantined a few weeks ago (didn’t get the you-know-what fortunately) and I had plenty of time to rethink my Warden’s character arc. In my game, I had her have a happy ending with Alistair after having him do the nasty with Morrigan, even if it never really felt right. I was also too much of a coward to change my supposed “canon” timeline but then I realised it’s just a game and I can do whatever I want with my character lmao.

So now, my Surana makes the final sacrifice after making Alistair king (they both agreed to call off the r/s because of his marriage to Anora). Please ignore how Morrigan is not supposed to be in the comic - I didn’t realise that she fking ditches you if you don’t agree to her demon baby plan. This comic has been sitting in my WIP folder for literal YEARS (since I finished DA:O for the first time back in 2017). And I’ve learned a few things about myself while working on this on and off.

The main reason why it’s taken so long is because I just can’t get character dialogues down properly. Either that or I keep changing the dialogues because they always sound so weird and stilted in my head. I also kept playing around with drawing styles and colouring styles - and every time that happened, I would restart the whole comic from scratch. Idk why I wanted it to be perfect even though it’s such a dumb comic. Anyway, enjoy! and ignore how Talia’s scars seem to disappear and reappear between panels. I might as well just get rid of them

Commission of a whole D&D party! Thank you so much to @acoustic-rob and his friends for trusting me with this. It was an amazing experience working with them to bring these characters to life.

I was commissioned to draw these characters from an 80s/Stranger Things-inspired D&D campaign! I loved drawing this whole party. I loved the whole neon lights aesthetics and playing around with them to get them to fit their personalities. <3

Kimberly belongs to @wicckling, who commissioned me to draw her girl first, which kickstarted this whole party’s character headshots. The rest belongs to their respective owners (who I unfortunately can’t link to because I don’t know who they are whoops).
