Terrible Weather for a Walk.

It really was the worst possible weather to be out and about in. It was rainy, windy and cold. There were very few parts of the day where it was sunny and not raining.

Nevertheless, we had a walk around Gion and had a look at Yasaka Shrine. We got some decent photos and bought some gifts but, other than that, most of the day was taken up with scurrying from door to door, trying to stay out of the rain.

And, to add insult to injury, it tried to snow on our way back to our hostel.
