been a while since i drew any yautja! here is my big yautja oc, ankiethia. he is the leader of an isolated tribe called the stranded isle. he’s a real rowdy guy and knows how to party!! he does wear body paint, which i haven’t depicted here and will in his ref.. later. whenever i get around and to that.

Personality:
R’tka has a daughter, her name is Laur-ke, which means Moon in the Yautja language. She is one of his daughters with his life mate. Laur’ke is more like her mother than her father, which is good for everyone. She is very curious though, almost in a cat like sense. So she’ll do anything, even be abrasive/rude to get the information she wants to know. She is a younger Yautja, basically in their version of her early twenties. Which is still a few hundred years old, but they live for thousands of years so it makes sense. She has a superiority complex as well, but not as big of an ego as a male Yautja would have. This complex does make her think she’s better than other species, her being so young adds to that. She is still at the age where she thinks she is invincible, which she will grow out of eventually. She isn’t the most experienced Yautja out there, but Laur’ke can still hold her own and kick ass. And she knows it. Being a female means she is above the males in the society, which is a thing in Yautja culture.(They’re more respected because they can have babies and stuff!) If she is disrespected or if anything is expected of her just because of her gender someone is either dying or getting their ass kicked. All and all she is just a big muscular lady who is ready to kick ass and discover things! A bit more friendly than R’tka too.
Description:
Being a female of the species means she is taller than her father by around a foot, but just as muscular. She is more lanky than R’tka, but she is a female so it’s common for her to be built that way. She also does of course have breasts, which are small due to never having pups before and also because she is not currently nursing.
Laur’ke is a dark stone color with a lighter gray, almost blue, belly and chest. Her face has similar coloring to that as well. Yautja come in many colors, so it’s common for her to not look exactly like either one of her parents. Her parents’ extreme difference in color may explain where her gray and blue comes from.
Her tresses are only about shoulder length, but are solid black in color. She has a few rings on them here and there, but not nearly as many as her father does. She’ll earn more as she grows older and becomes more experienced.
Laur’ke’s helmet is a regular shaped Yautja helmet, but it has two giant sharp animal teeth on the cheek bones of it. Her crest only has one mark, which states that she is a blooded warrior and has passed her rite of passage.
Her armor includes two wrist gauntlets and slim shoulder armor. She has no plasma cannon attached. She has two black fingerless gloves, her shiny black claws exposed. Around the choker that keeps her bio-netting attached she has a necklace. It’s a light blue with painted animal teeth on them. All the teeth are different kinds and shapes. Her breasts are covered by chest armor, but only covering that part of her chest. Her stomach is exposed. Instead of the typical male loincloth she has a long piece of worn black cloth that hangs from her waist. It covers her front and rear, coming down to mid thigh length. She has a thick belt that holds this cloth on, pouches and trinkets adorning it. The belt is a matching black color. She has no thigh armor, but she does have knee armor that is joined with her shin armor. The shin armor stops at her feet, where her laced sandals are. The thick metal bands cover the top of her feet, a thick base keeping the bottoms of her feet soft. Her clawed toes and ankle claw are exposed.
Laur’ke’s armor is as black as the night, and is not nearly as marked up as her fathers. It’s very clean and shiny, but blends in perfectly. The belt is made of some thick black leather, the cloth made of a thin black fabric. Most of her trinkets are claws and teeth, many painted in various blues or purples. Her weapons are more common than her fathers, but she does have a purple dagger that was her mothers. It was a gift that she got when she passed her Chiva(Rite of passage.) Laur’ke also owns a bow, and has many kinds of different arrows that range in size and damage. They all sit in a quiver that she has over her shoulder, her bow being able to attach to it. This keeps her bow from being snagged on anything, and makes it lightweight.

Personailty:
R’tka’s personality is one of a guy who has seen a lot in his life and is completely done with shit. He is an older Yautja though, which explains that some. R’tka is straight to the point and rather professional. Of course he is still cross sometimes, but he’s a Yautja so don’t expect TOO much in the way of him being friendly. He has been an elite for a long time and has raised many pups, so he doesn’t take shit to any degree. If he gets involved in a problem he tries to use not just his strength, but also his brain. He is incredibly intelligent, which makes him an excellent problem solver. His intelligence also means he’s curious. He absolutely has made dad jokes before, but he isn’t very funny. He isn’t the best at understanding jokes or sarcasm, but he tries sometimes Anyways, being a Yautja he just naturally has a superiority complex. He knows he is at the top of the food chain and a leader of his clan. He knows he kicks ass, which means he can be a little rude when it comes to other species. He is very proud though, and of course has an ego. But, he can accept it if he does get defeated, he may just be a grumpy bastard about it. All in all, he’s just a grumpy dude who wants to get shit done, who makes friends easily….Much against his will.
Description:
R’tka is a tall Yautja, one who is eight feet tall, which is a bit over the average height for males of his species. He is a bit leaner than others of his species, but he is still strong and a solid wall of muscle. His body is built better for running and leaping than lifting and throwing. So he isn’t as strong as the stalkier of his kind. He is still seen as a perfect male specimen though, having sired many pups, including a few with his life mate.
R’tka is a dark mud brown color, with his stomach and face a lighter shade of brown. The light brown mixes perfectly with the darker color along his arms and legs. WIthin the brown there are jungle green marks that run patterns along his skin. His face is actually a light brown, the jungle green making some beautiful markings on his crest.
His skin is covered in scars. Most are from hunts and battles, but some are from mating. R’tka was proud of each scar, his favorite being a large five pointed claw mark that stretches from his left pectoral to down his waistline. It is from his mate when they first met.
R’tka also has some piercings here and there. He has a few on his bottom tusks, mostly small metal rings, and a few rings that adorn his left brow ridge. His trinkets and weapons are also unique, as they are to every Yautja.
His tresses (dreads) are long, almost down to the middle of his back due to his age. They are covered in a variety of stone, bone, and metal rings. Some are even made from wood, skin, and pelts. His tresses are not completely solid black, due to his age his tips are a gray color and the color is slowly spreading up his tresses.
His helmet is just a plain Yautja styled helmet, but the crest of the helmet has many marks from his clan and achievements. This is because he is an elite hunter.
His armor is composed of two wrist gauntlets and shoulder plates, the right shoulder equipped with a plasma cannon. He has no chest armor, but he does have trinkets of small skulls and bones attached to his bio-netting. His bio-netting is attached by a thick leather choker around his throat which also works as armor. He has two belts that go around his slim waist, each a different kind of leather. One belt is attached to his metal loin cloth by two leather strips. The metal loin cloth covers his leather one. He has armor on the sides of his thighs that are attached to his belts, leaving the insides of his thighs bare. His shins and knees have joined armor, which are attached to the thick metal padded sandals that he wears. The tops of his feet are covered, as are the bottoms, but his sharp clawed toes and ankle claw are exposed.
All of it is a dark space gray color, and covered in various old marks and scratches from years of fights. But otherwise it is shiny and in pristine condition. One of the belts he has is made of a light tan leather and the other made of a patterned green letter. Both are adorned with pouches and he has a few weapons attached to each. Including a smart disk and a few daggers, one made from a Xenomorph tail. He has a combistick and a sword as well, they hang on opposite hips.
