Cacao & Maple Granola
Ingredients:
- 2 cups organic rolled oats
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup almonds (chopped roughly)
- ½ cup pepitas
- ¼ cup seasame seeds
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup organic 100% pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup goij berries
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 130 degrees
- Mix all ingredients (except goji berries) in a large bowl until well combined
- Spread evenly over a lined baking tray (may need two)
- Bake for 30 minutes, turning half way
- Once cooled add goji berries and serve with unsweetened almond milk and fresh fruit!
To make gluten-free omit rolled oats for coconut flakes or quinoa flakes
