Foggy Dew
1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
1 oz Jamaican rum
1 oz Pedro Ximenez sherry
1 ½ oz chilled half and half
½ oz vanilla simple syrup
1 large egg
ice
pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except ice and nutmeg, and shake vigorously. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled mug or glass. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.
