Merry meet all! It’s Thor’s day and the colour of the day is turquoise, with the incense of the day being nutmeg. Today’s Trust your Vibes oracle card is Mentors and Role Models.

If you’ve heard that being intuitive is a special gift for only a select few, then you’ve been misinformed. Once you start paying attention to your vibes, you’ll see that there are creative, artful, six-sensory people all around, and they look normal except for one thing- they shine. If you hesitate to step out of the closet as a six-sensory person, look for these mentors to inspire you to navigate the psychic highway with more confidence and ease. Seek out public people who demonstrate that being six-sensory can indeed be graceful, creative, supportive and fun.
Role models for intuitive living are not that hard to find. They’re the people who are ethical, humanitarian, and spontaneous. Their auras sparkle, they laugh out loud, and their enthusiasm for life is infectious. They listen, follow their heart, trust their feelings, speak their truth, and act on their instincts without hesitation. And they encourage you to do the same. Ask them what their secret is, and inevitably they will say,“I trust my vibes. ”

Have a magical Thursday with your mentors and role models beautiful witches!
Blessed be
Lady Aphrodite ❤️

Instant Eggnog !

Eggnog has virtually the same ingredients as ice-cream – egg yolks, whipping cream, milk and sugar. Legendary bartender Harry Craddock worked this out in the 1920s at the American Bar at the Savoy, when he created the white cargo, blending equal parts gin and vanilla bean ice-cream. He garnished this frosty masterpiece with a grated nutmeg. For Christmas, try this classic with a dark rum or a scotch whisky.

Makes 1 glass
good vanilla ice-cream 50ml
aged rum 50ml, or whisky (or whiskey)
nutmeg

Combine the ice-cream and the spirit in an empty cocktail shaker. Shake without ice. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and grate nutmeg over the top.

- Video filmed in 2014 -

Today on June 12, 2020. My oldest dog, Nutmeg, has passed away.

My father got him as a birthday present for my sister back in 2006 and he has been loved by my family and many others around us for these wonderful 14 years that we had him for. He was an amazingly loving dog and would come for love and affection throughout the day constantly, and he was just someone that you loved to have around because you just knew that if you were feeling down, he’d come in the room and just sit with you for a while. A dog that caring and outstanding deserves to be written about, if not just because of how much joy he gave to me, but for everyone else that knew him too.

He had a problem with his heart, and for the past several days, we knew we had to put him down. This morning I took a shovel and dug out his grave out back as he was still alive, just knowing what was going to be happening, he had been feeling so sick the night before, even after taking him to the vet.

He died in my arms, but even after death, I still had a hard time letting go and I know I love him so much and I’m so thankful for the years I had with him.. in a world that can be so cold, you were the bit of warmth that always kept me going.

Thank you so much buddy, I love you.
