We fail to give yourself time - wide and free. We tend to measure our day and life with rulers and clocks. We give ourselves a day to finish a project, a week - to transform our relationships or heal trauma but we’re so hard with giving ourselves time. 

To give yourself time - it’s when you don’t know where that’s going to, you completely let go of tension you tend to put yourself in or allow other people, the system a lot of us get stuck, to do that - and let yourself and your expressions be and develop naturally, in alignment with internal and external cosmos. Like seasons or the birth of new stars.

We all need just time, that mystical mixture of space, things, events and our unique being when we and cosmos, cosmos and we move together. So we always come where we need to come, at time when it’s supposed. We stop experience pain because of the gap between our authentic self and our expressions developed through following artificial time, we arrive at the moment, free and naturally,
