200 g kidney beans, cooked (germinated)
50 g walnuts or 60 g tigernut-flour
100 ml maple syrup
100 g apple sauce
100 g spelt or buckwheat flour or mixture
2 heaped tbs cocoa powder
4 tbs chocolate drops
pinch of salt
