It’s time for our heartbeats to collide I’m so happy to share the first photos of my finished Belle cosplay!

Construction stats:
❤️ Dress is self-made from sateen with the top and skirt being separates
Skirt features 60 fabric petals
❤️ I also made the arm warmers, wings and bow which snap onto the dress
There are about 10 different types of flowers on this costume, including peonies, lilies, roses, chrysanthemums, poppies, hydrangea, bird of paradise and even a lotus flower!
❤️I trimmed my Zero Two wig for Belle, originally from @ardawigs

❤️ I did the face makeup freehand from reference using Kryolan cream paint

Rarely has a film, character and costume design sparked such an obsession in me so fast! After watching the film, I quite literally put my life on hold for a week to make this costume from scratch because I couldn’t exist without it !
I’ve worked on hundreds of costumes and only felt this kind of overwhelming urge a handful of times (the last time was Shao Jun). Now that I finally did a photo shoot, the inside has been satisfied lol. I’m excited to wear Belle to @katsucon_ninjas!!
