Ahhhh those post massage feels ☺️☺️☺️ I swear if I won the lottery I’d just get a whole bunch of massages. They’re so expensive but soooo wonderful. I feel so comfy and happy right now. I definitely slack on my recovery- stretching, foam rolling, massages, etc are all so important when you’re lifting regularly, and I could totally improve on this area. Oh well, progress not perfection!
