Look into the Mirror

I look into a mirror and see someone that was once such an unhappy and ungrateful mess;

I am a butterfly, but I assure you, this metamorphosis of your consciousness was not only beautiful, but very painful as well!

Some months ago I hated the one I saw in the mirror, self hate and anger were massive.

But the more I understand myself, the more compassion towards myself arises!
Don’t lose hope! I have found my self worth again, alhtough depression keeps distorting these blissful feelings to something very ugly.

Please be patient with your self; One day you’ll look in the mirror and see someone you really adore!
