Happy New Year everyone!! 2019 is here and I must admit I’m quite excited for 2018 to be over.

Sooo… I’ve been on this diet called the “keto diet” and I started in about mid July. I only wanted to try it out for a week to see if anything would happen. To my surprise when I stepped on the scale I lost Eight pounds. I didn’t even do ANYTHING! I ate 20 net carbs in a day… so I had bacon and eggs in the morning, I had a chipotle style salad for lunch (no rice, no beans) and I had steak and broccoli for dinner. No exercise, or anything and the weight just fell right off! After seeing results it motivated me to keep going and that’s what I’ve done so far. I’ve lost over 35 lbs and I still haven’t exercised (I’m finding a workout routine that works for me) this diet really works! It’s good for women who just a had a baby and want to drop their baby weight, if you need to lose a few pounds before an event, or just want to kick off your weight loss journey. Of course talk to your doctor before staring, eating just 20 carbs a day might not be ideal for some especially diabetics, and I’m noooo professional. It just worked for me and I could work for you as well. I’ll keep updating you all on my progress!
