Whatever you do… do it in High Heels.
Always. Ever. No exceptions. Ok, maybe the gym is an exception. But avoid wearing flats whenever possible. High Heels are feminine, High Heels are sexy, High Heels define us. Try to go higher if possible and remember: if you can’t do it in Heels, maybe you shouldn’t be doing it in the first place.

It was a super good squat workout today . my last set was 140 kg or 308 pounds.
