This is a sketch of Hat’s earth base, that I call “The Hatter’s Workshop” or simply “The Clock Tower”. It’s only a sketch, so i kept it simple, in case I want to change something.
The tower has actually some simbolism behind it. Basically, every time a part of it breaks, represents a part of Hat Kid that is forgoten (her kindness, friends, etc). Similarly, all over the world, crystal spikes bloom in certain area. It means Hat’s obcession to keep that place safe and her sanity slipping away. That’s it, the most the tower is broken, the most spikes appear, more cray-cray Hat is.
I’ve thought about some more stuff, but everything on it’s right time!

So!
I was really excited to post this one, it had been some time since I first came up with the idea, but I was so busy with other projects it ended up getting to the back of the line…
ANYWAYS!
This is an angsty AHIT Au I made, I don’t know if the concept is totaly new but welp…
Well, in a few words, it would basically be what happened if Hat Kid and Mustache Girl (or better saying, Hat Adult and Mustache Adult) “changed roles”. Meaning Hat would be the one trying to take control of Earth (with “good intentions”) and Mu would be the one tying to prevent it, because she doesn’t want someone to make the same mistakes as her.
An short explanation of what the peck Hat is doing:
Checking out some of Puella’s informations, I came across the fact that Hat’s (especies? Organization?) had suffered from wars. Also, on one of Conductor’s movie scenes, Hat comment about complying to the “voices” so they would stop. My idea is:
When Hat Kid arrived home, her planet was in the middle of an mercilless time-war. Many years passed, and by the time it ended, her planet had been completly destroyed. With the only thing that kept her sane (her home) shattered before her eyes, Hat fell in a deep state of grief, that gradually turned into madness. It came to a point she couldn’t handle all the voices in her head anymore, and knowing that being in the ruins of her planet wouldn’t help at all, she decided to go to the planet she had more bonds with, Earth.
Problem was, at that point, Hat had lost most of her sense, and the fear of the same thing happening to her “new home” was so big, she decided to take matters with her own hands and assume the control of the whole planet to “protect” it. However, as we know, the habitants of Earth don’t exactly like ditactors, and there’s where Mu would enter…
But! I’ll explain more when I post about Mu’s position on all this mess!

HERE’S AN IDEA OF AN AHIT ROLE SWAP!AU I HAD IN THE BACK OF MY MIND FOR A WHILE.
The swaps would be:
Mustache Girl/Hat Kid
Mafia Town/ Nyakusa Metro
The Conductor/ DJGrooves
Queen Vanessa/ Snatcher
I just thought until here :p
HK’s hats would be replaced by Mu’s cloaks.
So, uhm, Mu would work at Time Corp. by keeping an portion of unstable timepieces safe on Earth, where the CEO thought that would be safer since no one would think on searching on such non-advanced planet.
Hat is an passerby alien, and what happened to her would go same way, but on Nyakusa (that isn’t on a metro). An cat would come to colect taxes, she would refuse to pay, and the cat would damage the spaceship so it would fall. On it, Empress takes over her spaceship and makes HK homeless.
Mu, in the other hand, since the Mafia didn’t take over her island, keeps living on her old home.
For some reason I still have to think on, Mu loses the timepieces and haves to retrieve all of them.
The game would start on Mustache Island, where would work as an tutorial, since no one particarly wanted to stop her. Then she would go to Nyakusa Town, where she mets HK. She would teach Mu the basics of fighting and getting yarn to make cloaks.
When Hat finds out about the timepieces, she also finds out she can use them as fuel to her spaceship. Then, she decides to work with Mu to retrieve all of them, but intending to betray her and steal them so she can use the fuel to go back home.
I didn’t think much on DBS, but the Subcon thing would be that the Prince would be the one that turned into a monster and killed Vanessa. As a ghost, she would be renamed as Frostbite.
Frostbite would met the two girls on her manor, where they had entered to get some warmt. She would say that for entering her home, they would have to do some biding for her. One of the missions would be retrieve her crown, that was left on the Subcon Forest.
It would work as Vanessa’s manor. If the Prince catches you, you turn into one of his minions.
Frostbite would have the same sick sweetness Vanessa haves when she’s searches for you. Treating Mu like the child she never had, when in reality she seems both like servants. When the girls try to escape, Frost is like ‘nah, man, I won’t give away my servants’ and she fights you. When she loses, Mu congradulates her for being 'the hardest yet’. The queen os satisfied by the compliment and allow both to get away.
I still have to develop the main story more, like the part when HK betrays Mu, per exemple.
Obs: Mu would be more sweet and caring than her canon self.
Hat would be more fleeing and alert than her canon self.
Instead of a coin, Hat haves an pon holding her cape.
