I want to share a little memory in Hong Kong and how it has been a dearest memory for many years and become one of the most significant inspirations to me. I had a chance to live in Hong Kong when I was young. At that time there were a lot of critical events that happened in my life and my family. I still remember every detail vividly. The skyline along the road across the ocean, the buzzing streets and colour signs along the street. The moment I looked at the city from above, even though we couldn’t see the stars in the night sky, the mesmerizing city lights and the life were brilliant and beautiful as much. I couldn’t help my tears from falling, because it was also the first time I realized the true meaning of accepting myself for who I am and my own identity. Even though many years have passed now, whenever I am, this memory is still most cherished in my heart. Thank you very much for your courage and hope that you’ve given to me because without it I wouldn’t come this far. I hope that I can share these feelings with everyone through A Summer’s End.
