A lovely two-story home gifted as a reward or a fixer-upper the party can work on between adventures, a base of operations is a base of operations! The party already has a base? This map comes in handy for investigations and hauntings as well!
Options include regular home in day, evening, rain, midnight or ‘event’ night, ransacked or abandoned in evening or rain, or single floor variant in day or night. All maps come with gridded and gridless versions.

It was quite an adventure to get to the second floor. The staircase had already collapsed for a big part and well, below it was only the dark and dank basement. I struggled a bit to be honest but when the guys up there sounded like they found the Amber Room, I was all in. Or up rather.

Maison Alexa was a very famous spot, and rightfully so. Despite or because of the heavy dereliction. At the time of our visit a lot of remnants were still there.
Half a year later many things had gone “missing”.
One year later, regrettably, it was demolished.
