for puppy regressors: scooby snacks, dry cereal (like cocoa puffs!), beef jerky, teddy grahams, peanut butter sandwiches, chex mix

for mouse regressors: grilled cheese sandwiches, cheese cubes, cheese-itz, cheese sticks, cheesy chips!

for frog regressors: gummy worms, “ants on a log” (celery with peanut butter and raisins (or chocolate chips or blueberries if you like like raisins!))

feeling better about leaving stuffies at home!

if you’re like me, you may feel really bad about having to leave your stuffies at home all alone when you go out somewhere! :”) or you may feel really sad about just being apart from them! :”0 here are some things you can do to feel a bit better when you have to do something like that!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

• sit them next to each other! so they won’t be lonely without you! and they can talk to each other!!

• take a picture of your stuffie! when you feel sad you can look at it, and then look forward to going back home n snuggling them!!

• put on a movie for them! if you have a tv, and like to leave it on, sit your stuffies in front of it so they have something to watch while you’re gone!

• make “walkie-talkies” out of paper or small boxes!! keep one with you, and one with your stuffie(s)!! that way you can talk to them when you feel like it! and they’ll be able to hear you n know that you’re okay!

• tuck them into bed! they can have a nap while you’re away!! make sure they’re nice, comfy, n warm! they’ll be okay!

• stuffie daycare! this is almost just everything i listed combined!! xD put some in front of the tv, give some books to your other ones, maybe set some down for a nap, and perhaps, give one or two some crayons to color!! they’ll be v entertained while you’re away!! ^u^

coming out of a regressed headspace!

with the help of my instagram followers, here is a list i created of things you can do to get out of a regressed headspace!!

slowly get “older”! for example, if you regress to 3 years old, try doing something a 5 year old would do! like trying to read! then something a 7 year old would do! like play phone games! and keep going till you’re not regressed anymore!

listen to “big” music! maybe not something too explicit right away. but maybe music you associate with doing big things like homework, or your job if you have one!

clean up! put away all your baby things! put up your pacis, your stuffies, your toys, and your crayons! all out of sight!

clean up!! … again xD instead of just cleaning up your baby gear, clean your room! start putting laundry away, and taking dishes to the kitchen! eventually, you won’t feel small anymore!

talk! try to say big, long words! and big long, sentences! or read big long words and sentences from a book or online!

watch “big” shows! anything that big you likes! (maybe not anything too bad since you don’t wanna scare yourself!) but any “adult” movies n series! or even youtubers! maybe even some youtube videos about algebra or somethin!

• do your homework! sit down somewhere and try to study or finish some school assignments! (make sure to go through it when you’re fully big to make sure you didn’t do anything while you were still small ^^;)

arts n’ crafts activities!

finger paint!! get some colorful paper n use your hands to paint whatever you like!! (crayola’s washable paint is recommended!!)

make a paper crown to wear! cut a long strip of paper with wide spikes on one side! (you can cut more than one strip n tape it together so it fits your head!) decorate it with stickers, glitter, n gems!!

free draw! draw whatever you want with whatever you want, on whatever you want!! (maybe not the wall or on furniture though ^^;;)

paint rocks!! go outside and find some smooth rocks that are good in size! paint whatever you’d like on them! then put them in public places for others to find! :D

make a collage! cut out pictures you like from old magazines (or print some out!) and glue them all together on a piece of paper or poster paper!

make a sensory bottle! fill a bottle with water and glitter! maybe also a drop of food coloring or two! and perhaps some colorful beads or sequins! shake it all around and watch the things inside! you can also make a bottle with rice instead of water! sort of like an ispy kind of thing!

make bracelets! use colorful beads n make fun patterns! and you could also use letter beads and put cute words on them! i also have a friendship bracelet tutorial here! <3

macaroni noodle crafts! get any colored paper, and make fun shapes and designs by gluing macaroni noodles to the paper!

make something out of clay! when it dries, you can paint it or decorate it with glitter! you could even use the figures you made to play with!

self care for regressors

have you had time to care for yourself lately?? self care is so so important! here’s a list of self care activities for you to try! <33

• breathe!! just sit down n close your eyes! take some deep breaths! in through your nose and out your mouth! do this for at least two minutes n it will feel so calming n relaxing!

• journal! write down how your day has been going! is anything upsetting you? write about it! and if you have an agere journal, i have some prompts you could try if you’d like! here,here,andhere! <33

• eat a nice meal! eating is super important!! your body needs food to make energy! and to help you grow to be a big kid!! (plus, we need all the energy we can get to have some super fun play time!!)

• rest!! i’m sure you’ve been at it all week, doing big kid things!! and i’m so proud of you!! but it’s also important to have a break and rest for a bit!! just relax n have a breather!

• have a bath/shower! baths n showers are super relaxing!! and bubble baths are so much fun! turn on some music you like! n maybe even use a bath bomb if you have any!

• go outside! take a nice, deep breath of fresh air! look at all the birds n leaves on the trees! can you see any squirrels or kitties anywhere? any lil bugs? what’s the weather like? take some time to admire it!

• drink some water!! staying hydrated is super important for your body!! take a moment to hydrate yourself!! put some in a sippy or bottle!! ^u^

• clean your room! it doesn’t have to be all of it! try a little sweeping! or taking dirty dishes to the kitchen! or making your bed!! and then do something else tomorrow! like doing your laundry or putting it away!

• cry a little! it’s okay to cry! n it’s okay to be sad!! have a moment to let it all out. when you’re done, wash your face and drink some water. you’ll be okay <33

CG red flags

• they sexualize your regression

• they punish you harshly, even after you’ve tried to talk to them about it

• they cuss at you, or use inappropriate language while you are regressed

• they ask to be your CG without even knowing you

• they don’t give you your space, and don’t let you interact with your friends

• they punish you sexually/uncomfortably

• they assume that you are regressed 24/7 and constantly watch over you, even when you do not want them to

• they make fun of your insecurities

• they lie to you (and take advantage of you being regressed, and may lie even more when you’re small)

• they’re mean, or seem very annoyed to you when you’re regressed

• they make you feel bad about your regression

• they ignore your triggers

• they give you the silent treatment as a punishment (whether you’re regressed or not)

• they take “no” personally

• you feel scared when you are around them

• they act unimpressed/like they don’t care about your accomplishments (like maybe doing something by yourself or drawing them a picture. but this can apply to when you’re not regressed as well.)

discreet little outfits!

onesies: if you have any onesies, you can wear them tucked into some shorts/pants/etc. with a hoodie or sweater over it! no one would know! and depending on the onesie design, (like if it’s a solid color), some might just assume it’s a shirt, so you could wear it without the hoodie!

pajamas: there are lots of cute pajama sets out there!! especially around the holidays! they’re cozy and soft, and lots of them have adorable designs on them! no one would suspect anything from just buying some pajamas!

oversized clothes: big shirts and hoodies are super great for making you feel teeny!! not to mention how super comfy they are!! bonus if the hoodie/shirt belongs to your cg xD

shoes: there are some shoes that have velcro instead of laces! those would be great for if you’re feeling small and can’t tie your shoes!! something about velcro shoes just seems so babie!

masks: lots of face masks have really cute designs and patterns!! it’s not too difficult to find some you might like! and because no one can see your mouth, you could have a paci hidden underneath!

jewelry: you could make some super adorable beaded bracelets! if you have letter beads, you can spell out anything you want! and if you don’t want them to be too noticeable, you can wear them with long sleeves that cover them!

• socks: there are SO many different kinds of socks!! if it’s cold, you can wear fuzzy socks! and there are so many with different colors n patterns! and if they’re not long, you can hide them underneath your shoes and no one would be able to see them!

caring for a sad kiddo

regression isn’t always happy playtime! sometimes regressors feel sad, and that’s perfectly okay! it’s okay to be sad, it’s okay to cry, and it’s okay to feel any other negative emotion!! here are some tips for cheering up and helping a sad regressor! <3 (disclaimer that all regressors are different and that some of these may not be the best for everyone! talk to them about it first!!)

• just be there for them! let them talk to you about what’s bothering them!

• give them some cuddles!

• get them their favorite snack or drink!

• play a game with them!

• put on their favorite show/movie!

• give them their comfort item!

• if they need some space, be sure to give it to them!

• let them regress n play with them!

• tell them some comforting words!

• send them some cute animal pictures!

• buy them a lil surprise!

reminder that these may not cheer them up right away, and that’s perfectly fine!! give them some time, and remind them that it’s okay to feel sad!

• no sweets before bedtime!

☁️ Diapers in the Agere Community ☁️

regressors wear diapers for lots of different reasons! (and it is NOT k!nk or sexual in any way!!!)

• they might help them regress/stay small!

• they might just feel comfy to wear!

• to help with a menstrual cycle!

• they could help encourage going to the potty instead of holding it and causing bladder issues!

• they may help a medical condition!

• someone might regress young enough to need them!

• they could feel comforting like a hug!

a common question a get about diaps is “do you actually use them, or do you only wear them?”

well, actually using them can depend on the regressor! some regressors really use them, and some don’t! and both are valid! sometimes, a regressor may just feel really small and might have an accident! especially if they’ve had lots to drink, or were maybe too distracted by playing, or were sleeping. it’s okay to use them, and it’s not weird!! if it helps you, then that’s super awesome!! don’t be ashamed of your coping mechanism!! <3 and of course, it’s okay to wear them without using them too! if using them might make you uncomfortable, then that’s fine! no one is forcing you to use them if that’s not what you want to do! everyone is different!

another common question is “whats the difference between pull ups and diapers?”

pull-up’s are pretty much exactly what they sound like! you pull them up! while with diapers, you have to unfold them and use the tabs to tape them onto the front! pull-ups are good if you don’t wanna deal with the tapes/tabs of a diap! and they’re easy to pull up/down for going to the potty! (they’re like protected undergarments!) and with diapers, they might not be so easy to pull up/down unless you unfasten the tapes! and depending on if they’re the sticky kind or not, you might not be able to fasten them as good again!

“where can i buy some?”

there are a number of different places that sell adult sized diaps! walmart and target (and your local grocery store) might have some! but you can always check the website to be sure! and there are some online shops as well with cute patterns and designs! (however, those may be a bit more expensive!) as for pull-ups, you could use a brand called “goodnites”, or another called “ninjamas”! these can also be ordered online from the website! but because i’ve never bought them like that before, i don’t know if shipping is discreet.

“how do you dispose of a used diap/pull-up discreetly?”

if you have grocery bags in your house, you could grab one or two and put the diap/pull-up in there! then tie a knot with the handles of the bag so it’s closed! and throw it away in an outside trash if you have one! or if you have any trash in your room or around the house, you could get a trash bag and fill it up! put the diap or pull-up in the trash bag too, and cover it with other things so no one can see it! once you’ve filled the garbage bag, you can throw it away without anyone being suspicious! just say you did a little cleaning! (and now you also get a bonus for a clean room/closet/etc!!)

i hope this guide was helpful!! and of course, it’s 100% valid if you don’t like or don’t wanna wear diaps!! some regressors don’t want them and that’s perfectly okay!! and if you have/use them, that’s 100% valid too!!

• play some video games together! if you have minecraft, you both could build a cute house! or you can visit each other’s islands in animal crossing! playing roblox is also fun! (“adopt me” is a good game for regressors!)

• have a puppet show for your cg! video call them and set your device to where they can’t see you, but they can see your stuffies! act out a little show for them! i’m sure they’d love it!

• read your regressor a story on the phone! this is especially good for bedtime! it should put them right to sleep! and i’m sure they’d love to hear your voice since most regressors are quite attatched to voices!

• send each other letters in the mail! you can include stickers and drawings and coloring pages!! or you could even send some “care packages” with a hoodie or a stuffie and snacks!
