If you’ve seen my previous 30 or so posts here on instagram you probably know I spent most of October doing two yokai related art challenges- yokaitober and Ayokaiaday. I forgot to mention that I made posts for both challenges on my website Cattype.net (not .com, remember that) and that I made elaborate header images for both of them. So I should probably post them here.

The background pattern for this and the Ayokaiaday post was made by taking a twitter bird I made for something else and copy/pasting it a bunch. Maybe I replacing the @ with a # would’ve been more apt but I worked hard enough on the actual posts, I didn’t want to spend too much time on the headers. Drawing a # was a smidge too far apparently.
