Chapter 16

Thomas was awoken when Alastair rolled over and elbowed him. Sorry,” Alastair murmured in his sleep.
A noise of acknowledgment came from Thomas mouth, and shifted closer to Alastair, eyes still closed. “Do you feel better?” he mumbled.
“Mhm.” Alastair rested his head on Thomas’ shoulder, bringing his face into his neck, and Thomas wrapped his arm around him. “Sorry again about yesterday.”
“Nothing to be sorry about,” Thomas said, and then asked: “You want to talk about it?”
“It… it was nothing. Just a fucking asshole being a fucking bitch,” Alastair said angrily. Thomas opened his eyes and pulled from back Alastair, looking into his face. “What happened?”
Alastair sighed. “I don’t know. It was…” —he sighed again— “I don’t know.”
Short but so fluff and soft
Thomas: Are you trying to seduce me?
Alastair: Trying???
Thomas: Fine. Succeeding.

Cordelia, upon meeting Matthew: Do you have any special skills?
Matthew: Yes, distraction
Cordelia: So you’re good at distracting people?
Matthew: No, I’m good at getting distracted
*Will tucking a 4-year-old Lucie to bed*
Will: Lucie, it’s time for bed
Lucie: Mr. Snuffles says that I can stay up as long as I want and you need to die
Will: What the fuck, Mr. Snuffles?
James: I did something stupid and I need advice, but I don’t want any criticism or judgement
Matthew: And you came to me?
Alastair: I don’t wanna be Thomas’s boyfriend!
Cordelia: Well what do you want?
Alastair: I don’t know. I wanna be with him all the time. I wanna hear about his day and tell him about mine. I wanna hold his hand and smell his hair… but I don’t wanna be his stupid boyfriend!
Cordelia: Alastair. What you just described is a relationship between a boyfriend and a boyfriend.
In normal circumstances I would totally bet on Jace, but always remember Emma is a savage lady (who knows everything about her idol, including all his weaknesses)
