It would be really cool if Charlie Bowater’s illustration had all the characters on it, and the art covers all the dust jacket. It’s a great 2nd option imo

Just finished Cassandra Clare’s Chain of Gold and it was absolutely brilliant and also agonizing to read because she seems to have no regard for my personal feelings and attachments to the characters. This is Cordelia, James and Grace, all of whom I have a LOT of feelings about!

Just to get it straight: Grace and Lucie are the reason why 80% of the shit that happens in TDA happened?

not to get sentimental on main but I think it would be so beautiful and sweet if cc ended tlh by showing grace being happy and healthy and free from her abuser. I hope we see her progression from a scared, broken child to a woman that can see the beauty in the world, that feels loved (regardless of whether or not she gets a love interest). The series should finish with the end of her journey from someone the fandom hated to someone we are proud of the growth of. Also she better reclaim her real last name.
