Asexual Izzy who thinks he cant be loved because everyone wants more.
But Stede sees him watch Ed, being jealous of him and Stede. And invites him one night just for dinner with him and Ed. Lets him sit next to Ed and asks him lots of questions.
At first Izzy is confused, because Stede hates him, just as much as he hates Stede. But then at the end of dinner, and he gets ready to go to his room, Stede hugs him, gently kisses his ear. Its flutter light, but he pushes the man off. Also is as red as one can get.
Then Ed does the same, and his brain stops working. Stede invites him to stay, and Ed is all like Yeah!!!!
So the night ends with Izzy hugged in between them, easily falling asleep because he’s safe.
And every time after he slowly opens up, and Stede and Ed work his wishes and wants into the existing situation. Because they care for the little rat man.
I think I might go for the red lipstick look this summer
