This is probably a hot take but i think in MoA if there was anyone else from the seven in annabeth’s place dangling off the edge of tartarus and percy was there too, he would have fallen with them.

I don’t think there is any way Percy would have let any of his friends fall into tartarus alone.

To conclude, Percy would have fallen into tartarus for any of his friends and not just annabeth.
