#astral travel

Does anyone have any experiences with astral projection / OOBEs and if so, do you have any advice on what to do when you successfully enter the astral for the first time? In other words, are there any protective/orienting/etc measures that I should do once I project for the first time? I’d love to hear your experiences. Thanks!
