If you watch the show with an open mind without siding with your favourite character you’ll realise that every single one of them had very valid reasons for doing what they did. Put yourself in their shoes and tell me that they did anything wrong? Gabi wasn’t wrong for killing Sasha, a “demon” who she witnessed killing her family and friends, like she was always told they would. Eren isn’t wrong to commit genocide for the sake of his people. Sacrificing himself and his friends for the independence of his people as a whole.Levi wasn’t wrong to sacrifice Erwin for Armin who he believed would be the best hope for humanity’s survival (and he was). Levi’s squad wasn’t wrong in trying to kill Eren and stop him from committing this mass genocide. Zeke wasn’t wrong for going with his euthanasia plan, trying to save most of the world. Annie, Reiner and Bertholdt weren’t wrong for breaking the wall cuz they wanted to live freely. Without.being.opressed.
The manga has come a very long way. One more chapter left and it’s all over. Hajime Isayama will always have my respect for writing such a complex story and keeping it as interesting as it was in the beginning. This man has my respect.
