In the mountains we were looking for Ezmerelda
So after about 6 months of planning, our Curse of Strahd campaign finally reached the dinner at Castle Ravenloft, and we went all out.
Mood lighting, raven decals, a 4 course feast and lots of interesting conversation. It was delicious and decedent, although Strahd didn’t share his ‘wine’ for some reason.
The portrait of the party on the day they arrived in Barovia was by ‘a local artist’, according to Strahd, but better known as @black-metal-bard on Tumblr. It was suitably concerning for the other players.
this once finely-appointed tavern has grown shoddy over the years. a blazing fire in the hearth gives scant warmth to the few huddled souls within.
my Curse of Strahd group has just left the Village of Barovia! now onto Vallaki, but first, a few pit stops…
