Okay little rant but I hate when people make Basil the one who recovered emotionally right away. Like in the true ending I like to think it would have been Sunny who got at least a small but better first. (In no what am I saying he would have got better right away, trauma doesn’t work like that.) Like he literally defeated his own mind and willingly told the others what happened. Not to mention his part in Mari’s death was an accident so I like to think he’d have an easier time accepting that and seeking help and stuff. Basil on the other hand stabbed his best friends eye out, got bullied and abandoned for four years, hung Mari completely on purpose, and we didn’t see him try to get better at all during Omori. In conclusion, they are both extremely messed up and please let Basil be sad.
Side tangent I also hate when people portray Sunny as getting better right away. Like man needs therapy. Please get him therapy.
And I was thinking of doing a comic taking place after the good ending…

This comic will be in two parts! The first is right after the confession, which will involve the reactions (of course), and one on one convos with Sunny and his friends. No it doesn’t happen at once, the group needs time dammit, it takes place basically over Sunny’s whole hospital visit, so weeks. And then there will be a 6 month time skip where the story will continue from there :)
How I feel about the game of course differs from others, and I firmly believe in stories with people healing and helping others heal. So yes, there will be forgiveness as well. Again, we all view the characters and how they react differently, so I kindly ask you all respect how I choose to interpret and write the characters. I will do my best to keep them as true to their game counterparts as possible though, because doing otherwise would be wrong of me, especially with the story I want to tell. <:T
I love this game, I love these characters, and I hope that I can show that to you all in my story <3 I already have most of the scenes planned out, and am ironing out the kinks!
