Haven’t digitally inked my comics in a while, was really fun getting back into the flow~ Got @sayunclecomics to still do the lettering for this one.

More WelterHitch sketches/concept art. I do a lot of mixed media through out the comic process. Still refining and finding what works best for what phase.

Here’s some digital sketches from Januaries WelterHitch I liked. There was a lot of hidden design elements to this story. Layout became a lot of fun once I established a design rule to follow.

Now that the introduction is out of the way, I’m looking forward to writing stories further along in their BDSM relationship. Flesh out the rest of the club with other patrons.

Picked my favorite panels from this Year’s comics haul! I couldn’t choose any of the special splash pages or spoilery panels, but I’m happy with all of these comics. There’s so many exciting things coming our way for 2018.

Finally wrapped this first Balst collection. I loved experimenting with layouts and templates this year. I strengthened a lot of core art muscles and my story telling abilities. This continues to be my favorite way to end the year, looking back at the growth and looking for what to improve on.

Despite the soul crushing year that was 2017, I’m very optimistic about this next year with my art.
