So work has been a shiz show and I am not feeling appreciated and also not values and I am just a utility player that gives TOO much but I do it for the patients. I had a scenario in my head how the Shishigumi would help me (and others when it comes to work treating them as such) and make it better.
Ibuki- He would make sure that who he cares about is not overworked and that he says that what is going on right now helps the patients and tell you he is happy to know and be with someone who cares so much for others. He would make sure that you are not overworked and if you have a breakdown, he just holds you close.
Dolph- He would be upset with the job, but he would sit and talk and also come have lunch a few days out of the week to ensure that they know who he is and not to keep pushing. If anyone threw a certain vibe and he could see your face and how you act, he would become so serious and just study them intently and hold you around the shoulders to keep you calm and so he can show you how much he cares for you. (My boo!)
Free- Lord help us. He would be angry and upset that the other members might have to remind him that him going to jail will add more stress to the person. Once he realizes that it’s not a good idea to act irrationally as Free would, he would just hold that person in his arms and say, F them and do what is best for you.
Agata- Sweet boi is the sweetest! He would make sure that a bath is drawn after a hard days work and have candles and even the persons favorite food/snacks. Then he would wrap them up in cozy blankets and just snuggle, telling them that they are valued and important.
Miguel- Same as Dolph but probably more lethal and stands at his full height whenever he goes into the medical office/practice to see his love. He will make sure that the staff is not hurting you or treating you like garbage. When you see him, your mood changes and he is there for you. Like Dolph, if he has a certain vibe from a certain coworker, he would make sure they KNOW not to mess with you.
Dope- This lion, is a smooth talker and everyone knows it. He can talk to the management and make sure you get the appreciation you need and deserve and to ensure that they do not take anything away from you. Management is actually scared of Dope, because he is so good with his words. If something is not sitting right with him, he will remove you from the work place for the day and take you out to make you feel better.
Jinma- This boi instantly is using his skills and resources to either get what you need and deserve in your line of work or resources to get you out of there for a new job. Starting over is hard, but if it needs to be done it will be done. He makes sure that you are not being abused and even if he can’t be there, he will send one of the other Shishigumi members to make sure you are okay at your job.
Sabu- This boi is so silent that your work place doesn’t know what to do but almost stare at him. From the moment he walks in, they staff is watching him and he sees you at the front desk. When you see him you walk around and hug him tightly and kiss his cheek. He nods to you and gives you a look, basically asking if anyone at the front desk are part of the problems. Sabu is silent but deadly when he needs to be and your coworkers are aware.
Hino-This lion knows he is beautiful and he gets the attention of all your coworkers. He makes sure though that his attention is on you and that you are taken cared for when he visits. He hugs you tightly and kisses your head when he greets you at work. He asks you in your ear if there is anyone he needs to take care of or talk to. You tell him no and he just comforts you and keeps you calm.
