After a long time, today I resume my beauty routine with this Korean mask
This mask contains silky jelly ingredients that bring a lot of hydration to the skin, reducing the feeling of dryness and tightness of the skin.

During the Christmas holidays I bought this beauty mask kit with the hair band as a gift so as to keep the face uncovered during the application of the masks: very comfortable!
There are 4 masks:
“Peel off” exfoliating mask with green tea extract
Anti-wrinkle illuminating gel mask with chlorella extract
Scrub mask with bamboo charcoal powder
Purifying detoxifying mask with white clay and organic willow extract.
I have already tried two and if you have followed the stories, you already know what I think: with the golden chlorella mask I felt good, while the purifying clay mask releases a very strong smell of alcohol and does not remove homogeneously , but in small pieces.

Buon Capodanno cinese

To all the beautiful women out there, it’s finally time to introduce our new Korean French beauty routine: Erborian Yuza line.

For the ones already following us on FacebookandInstagram, you may have already seen that we received some products from the Yuza line to try. After 10 testing days, Ivana and I are finally telling you everything about it.
Erborian is that Korean skin therapy brand from Paris that I always carry with me. The brand has currently 11 lines so you will obviously always find the one matching your skin type. I already talked a little bit about the Bamboo line(here) which is perfect to hydrate, refresh and matify. So today, we are going to concentrate on the new Yuza line.
Step 1: Yuza Double Lotion
The first thing to do when you wake up is to drink water in order to hydrate yourself from the inside. And once it’s done, it’s time to hydrate from the outside and we do that thanks to the double lotion which is a 2 in 1 lotion: waters your skin and protects it with oil barrier in order to keep it hydrated. The lotion is made of water, oil and yuzu. What is Yuzu? A fruit, looking like a lemon, known for its antioxidant properties. Shake, twist and apply on clear skin to bring vitality. Because we like the smell, the feeling, we apply it every morning as a first step, and every night as a last step before going to bed.
Step 2: Yuza Sorbet Eyes
The eyes zone is the most important one to take care of in your early twenties as it will be the first one to betray you when you’re 40 trying to pretend that you are only 30. And particularly in summertime, when the sun is the most agressive thing for your skin. Because you’re mid-closing your eyes in front of the sun on the beach, that part will often be dry. I always prevent that and apply eye cream in the morning, during the day when at the beach (always in my bag) and before night time. What we like the most in that one is the smooth texture, very light, and the small yuzu captions containing Vitamin E in the serum that help protect the skin against external aggressions.
Step 3: Yuza Sorbet Day Cream
Final and most important step is the day cream as it will really hydrate your skin and protect it during the day but also help fixing your makeup all day long. The featherweight emulsion is exactly like its name says it so well: featherweight. It acts like a second skin, envelops it for protection against environmental stresses (this is really what I needed right now) while containing microcapsules with antioxidant properties for a glowing face.

For its wonderful smelling - I am a HUGE fan of lemon and other citrus fruits. Also its texture, which is similar from the other lines of the brand - lightweight, featherweight, but rich and soft. We have cool russian names and so we LOVE the fresh names of the line: Yuza. The packaging is also to mention because it is simple and elegant, and the bottles and pots are so full you do really have for your money.
We would recommend you to use this line after a long tiring winter time, when your skin needs lots of recovery to get ready to meet spring and summer time, but also by the end of the summer (like now) when the weather is awful, you are depressed and need a good boost to your skin in order to repair the sun damages on your skin. If you have a very dry skin, this line is for you. In the opposite case, if your skin is very rich then go for the Bamboo line for its mattyfying properties.
