Have you tried TWIX nice cream yet?
I feel like it’s time for me now :). I arrived in Berlin and this hot weather caused me icecream cravings.

NICE CREAM (2 portions)
3 - 4 frozen bananas (very ripe)
1/3 tsp vanilla powder
1 tbsp oat milk
Make sure the bananas is not totally frozen when mixing. They should be able to ‘chew’.

COOKIE CRUBLE
1 cup oats
5 dates
0.5 tbsp coconut oil
Mix with your hands.

CHOCOLATE NOUGAT
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp agave syrp
2 tbsp oat milk (or more if too sticky)
1 tbsp cacao powder
Blend together with a spoon.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING
80g melted vegan chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut cream/milk (thick part of a can)
