Black Mama White Mama has not one but two lesbian prison matrons/wardens.  According to the prisoners, they have a “thing”, but one of them enjoys straying from that “thing”by having relations with the prisoners and spying on them as they shower.  I never said these lesbians were the good guys.  Since they commit the cardinal movie sin of being not only villains but also lesbians, they obviously die.
