I saw that #cosplayglowupchallenge thingy and decided to do it. My first cosplay was Haruhi Suzumiya in nycc 2010. I bought the outfit, used my real hair and used a black headband instead of the yellow one! One of my latest cosplays is Angewomon, which I made all by myself. I know I’m not the best cosplayer and have so much to improve on but I’m pretty damn proud of myself!! Compared to back then, I’m much happier and confident in my own skin. Hope you guys enjoy! I came home about 45 mins ago and settled down. I had a pretty great time at International Cosplay Day! It was awesome seeing everyone again and making new friends!
My Angewomon cosplay won 2nd place at the cosplay contest! I’m super happy right now! I’ve worked really hard on this cosplay for months and I’m glad that it paid off! I want to thank Cosplaynyc, Inc., the judges and the volunteers of this event for running it! I can’t wait to come back next year!!
I was able to get a few photos of this cosplay. I’ll upload whenever they’re ready!

I think I was the first POC cosplayer to do Sailor D.va! I’ve wanted to do this for a very long time and was finally able to do it for Winter Con! I hope to do her original outfit soon and I also have more crossover ideas for D.va! Can’t wait to eventually get started.

Here’s my surpise cosplay guys: Angewomon from Digimon!! I’ve watched Digimon when I was a kid and Angewomon is my favorite! I always thought (and still do) think that she’s amazing and graceful! Beautiful and poweful!
This is my dream cosplay and I’m super emotional right now because I was finally able to do it. I’ve been slowly working on this for a few months. I had to change a few things like the wings (I made them small on purpose due to space and travel). This cosplay isn’t my best but I really hope that you guys think it’s ok!

Today is International Sailor Moon Day! I grew up watching Sailor Moon and it will forever be in my heart! To celebrate here’s a photo of my Sailor Pluto cosplay from Sailor Moon and my Sailor D.va cosplay. D.va is from Overwatch but this was heavily inspired by Sailor Moon. I’m hoping to do more Sailor Scouts in the future. My next one might be Sailor Venus!

It’s past midnight, but I want to say that I had a great time at @blerdcity today. I want to thank everyone who came to our panel! It seemed like everyone enjoyed it and I’m glad!
I wore my Red Sonja cosplay and won 3rd place at the cosplay contest! Ever since I made my Sailor Pluto cosplay, I’ve been participating in numerous cosplay contests. I’ve won some, but this was the first time that I won at a convention! It really made my day. I want to thank the judges and the volunteers for organizing this! I also want to thank everyone for supporting me and having my back. Each and every one of you guys are the true mvps!
