Top Cop Humiliated By “Pint -Sized Terror”
DETROIT- Career criminal Deborah Dahl dubbed the “Pint-Sized Terror” ended the tenure of Police Detective Carl Rice by soaking social media with images and video allegedly of the 12-year veteran cross-dressed, bound and gagged.
“It’s tragic,” Police Chief David Darrells said. “The community is concerned. I know there are members of that police department who are upset by this .”
On Dec. 6, Rice made a brief press appearance, saying he was “truly sorry and humiliated,” after pictures and video began appearing allegedly of himself tied up and gagged, dressed and made up as a woman.
An internal investigation had begun after Detective Rice went missing while himself assigned to the Deborah Dahl casefile. Roughly two weeks into that investigation, Detective Rice re-emerged and the pictures and video began appearing on social media sites.
Police vowed to redouble their efforts to apprehend and arrest Dahl.

Escaping the room had been arduous as she was blindfolded, with her hands tied behind her back, but the fact her actions didn’t bring immediate action and reprisal from her kidnappers assured Melanie they were gone for good this time. It wasn’t another cruel prank to watch the lone girl struggle in vain to escape only to be re-captured and herded back by cruel hurting hands and mocking laughter, into that filthy-smelling apartment and bound even tighter than before.
Gagged securely, Melanie stamped her feet to try and summon attention but heard nothing but wind in the trees, a dog barking, and the faint twitter of birds. Hard concrete and metal close by. She inched forward and hit a cold metal guard rail, fumbled and gripped it in her left hand. Turning she crept along its length, terrified she’d stumble headfirst down long hard stairs and snap her neck….
