Beef carpaccio, tuna tartare, aburi sashimi, aburi scallops, matcha molten lava cake, Fuji Apple tartin at Miku
Presentation here is on point. My favorites were the aburi sashimi (especially the hamachi), aburi salmon oshi (box sushi with double layer of salmon, not pictured) and the Fuji Apple dessert. Ambience is also very nice for a fancier dinner without the snob factor.
Aburi salmon, various nigiri and green tea something dessert at Miku
The aburi (blowtorched) sushi was the best. The nigiri platter was supposed to be amazing but we found it to be just okay. I would pick Ja Bistro over this, although the restaurant itself is quite beautiful.
