Somehow, I have managed to find myself in a position to combine my three favorite things. Reading and writing and yeah, I cook for a living, but I’d never considered that I’ve be able to tie that in with my passion for the written word. Yet, here I am, writing recipe blogs for @mygeekology new geeky website!

What is my life right now!

Mt first post was @misterkristoff Empire of the Vampire, because honestly, I couldn’t cope with Gabes loathing of the humble potato. But also, EotV is hands down THE best book I have read this year, and I’ve read A LOT!
.
Creative license has been taken with the recipe, because, quite frankly, I refuse to cook without garlic. Can’t do it. Won’t do it. Can’t remember where Gsbe stands in garlic, but, compromises were made in the making of this soup.
.
