Happy Wednesday, friends! It seems like the year is going by fast, but the months are going boy slow, and I don’t like that. It just doesn’t make sense to me . I need the world to pick ONE.

As for me, I’m just waiting for my exam scores to release. In the meantime, I’ve already started studying for the next section because I can’t sit here and think about the scores for the next couple of weeks, so here we are. Pray for me y'all! It’s a long journey, but no matter how long it takes, I will pass all four exams!

Once I get the hang of things, I’ll be back to blogging more and giving you the content you deserve. I always have so many content ideas, but studying takes over every time, so bear with me! I squeeze in content days sometimes, but it’s never really the exact content I wanted to do. I seem to only fit in breaks to play sudoku, not to go crazy .

His response to critics - pointing out that black women sometimes wear extensions- completely missed the point. A recent court ruling that discrimination based on Locs- a cultural, spiritual and meaningful hair style to millions of descendants of Africa and the Caribbean across the globe- is not unconstitutional- is the most recent proof we have that society loves blackness but does not value the lives and livelihoods of black people. In light of that, and as a black woman, it is refreshing to watch a brand that is not only black but also woman-owned, with ties to its roots and a stake in its community, receive such support and accolades from the fashion industry.’
