NEW VIDEO: BLACK SHERIF X BURNA BOY - SECOND SERMON

Rising singer and rapper Black Sherif releases a video for his viral hit “Second Sermon” featuring Burna Boy. Since its original release last summer, “Second Sermon” has pushed Black Sherif to new levels cementing him as one of the frontrunners in the next generation of Ghanaian breakout stars.

Directed by Director K - who skillfully fuses body cam footage with drone footage - the visuals transition through local neighborhoods to flamboyant backdrops, all supported with incredible BTS content shot by Jess Chibueze. An exciting moment for Black Sherif, the video follows the announcement that hewill be supporting Burna Boy on his forthcoming world tour.

Continuing his journey towards global takeover, his quick fire ascent is becoming impossible to ignore. Anticipating a year full of accomplishments, the visual is another huge step in the right direction.

Following the release of their hit collaboration, Burna BoyandWizkidhas dropped the visuals to their new single “B'Dor”.

“B'Dor” was directed by Director K and shot in Lagos, Nigeria and features a special cameo app Nigerian UCF Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman.

AFROBEATS CITY PRESENTS TOP 60 SONGS FOR 2021

First of all a massive THANK YOU to all of our followers both old and new, we appreciate the love and support.

2021 has been an amazing year for the African music scene and the term “Afrobeats to the World” really came into full force as Afrobeats received massive international recognition and broke barriers down in more than one way. For example, we saw international collaborations such as; Wizkid, Tems andJustin Bieber, African music took over TikTok, Grammy awards were won and Afrobeats entered and broke the record on the Billboard charts and also not forgetting that WizkidSOLD OUT the O2 with not one but THREE dates plus so much more.

I can’t wait to see what 2022 has in store for the music scene and you can be sure that you can catch it all here and on our socials.

Following on with our Afrobeats City yearly tradition we have put together a list of our favourite songs released this year.

Finally the song we have all been waiting patiently for has dropped. Following the announcement made by Wizkidat his famous O2 concert, Burna BoyandWizkid have dropped their latest collaboration titled “B. DOR”.

A perfect ending to what has been a great year for Afrobeats,

“B. DOR” is set to be theme song for Detty December.

According to Wizkid, the video has already been shot and we can’t wait to see it.
