The inside of a Calamondin. It’s also known as Calamansi or Philippines Lime. When I sliced it, I did not expect to see two huge seeds inside . The peel is sweet but the inside is sour. They make a refreshing juice!
My #calamondin is producing her second crop and the #limoncello I made from the last came out way better than the first. I can’t wait to make more. Also some of her seeds are sprouting and looking super cute. Seriously one of my favorite plants. #sprouts #trees #citrus #plants
